The house is located in Sutomore, in the settlement of Brca. The house is connected to the highway by an asphalted street (approx. 200 m) and has all utilities (water, sewage, electricity, telephone). There is a supermarket and two shops in the settlement itself. In the center of Sutomore, which is less than 2 km away, there are several supermarkets and a smaller green market. It is positioned on a hill (74 m above sea level), above the beach, the main road and the Belgrade-Bar railway. A 600 m long path under the road and railway leads to the 2. 5 km long sandy beach - bay, and you can also reach it by car. The view is aimed at the mountains in the hinterland and the sea - a view of the open sea and the end of the bay where the remains of the Spič fortress are located. All rooms open onto terraces. It was built between 1990 and 2000, of solid material with first-class carpentry. The walls are plastered and painted white. Bathrooms and kitchen are finished with ceramic tiles. All the floors in the house are made of ceramic tiles, and the terraces, hallway and staircase are finished with marble. The facade is partially coated with acrylic paint with a rustic finish, and part of the walls of all the terraces are covered with stone slabs.
